Why isn't verification free?+
Every dish is personally reviewed by Maria Gaspard, a licensed dietitian — macros, sodium, allergens, and its Sahteinn Score. The one-time fee protects that time and is what makes the "verified" seal mean something. It's kept low on purpose; the monthly plan is where the value compounds.
How do diners actually see the menu?+
Each restaurant gets its own branded QR (table-tents, stickers, receipts). Scanning goes straight to that restaurant's verified menu — not a directory. No app, no login for diners.
What's a “re-verification”?+
Whenever you change a dish (new recipe, new item, swapped ingredient) it needs re-checking so the numbers stay true. Each plan includes a monthly allowance; extra changes are billed at $6/dish.
Can I change plans later?+
Anytime. Start on Essential and move up as you add the AI order-builder, more locations, or a bar menu — or down if you need to. Prices are locked for founding partners for 12 months.
How do I pay?+
Simple invoice — bank transfer, OMT, Whish, or USD. We set it up with you directly; there's no card required to start.
Is the AI on every plan?+
The diner “Build my order” AI is included from Growth up, unlimited — we never meter it per diner. Essential is the verified menu on its own; you can add the AI anytime by moving to Growth.
