Sahteinn helps restaurants publish nutrition-verified menus and helps diners find dishes that fit their goals. When you browse a menu, we record anonymous, aggregate usage — such as menu views, QR scans and which goals or filters diners choose — so restaurants can improve their menus. We do not ask diners to sign in and do not collect names, contact details or payment information from diners.

Restaurant owners and our dietitian sign in with Google solely to manage and verify menus; we store only what's needed to operate their account.

We do not sell personal data. Aggregate, non-identifying insights are shared with the relevant restaurant.

Sahteinn provides the platform "as is." Restaurants are responsible for the accuracy of their menu, prices, ingredients and availability. Verification reflects a dietitian's review of the information provided at that time; it is not a guarantee of any health outcome.
